Southport Business Enterprise (SBE) is a not-for-profit, town centre management company, limited by guarantee that was created in May 2002. It is funded by the North West Development Agency (NWDA) and the private sector.
Working with regional and local business partners and Sefton Council. SBE is responsible for delivering practical improvements to the Town Centre. Focusing on economic and environmental regeneration, traffic management, safety and town centre marketing, SBE plays a pivotal role.
SBE’s objectives are simple – all our projects and activities are designed to achieve one or more of the following goals:
- Increase visitors
- Increase visitor spend
- Create new businesses
- Create new jobs
- Enhance environment and safety
